On Sunday September 17, Climate Action Rhode Island is renting a bus to the March to End Fossil Fuels: a climate march to the UN in NYC followed by a rally and protest. All are welcome to join us! The event will precede important UN climate meetings happening that week. Numerous groups and individuals are gathering from all over the east coast and beyond to make our voice heard: the time to end fossil fuels is now. Our bus will leave Providence in the morning and return in the evening. The march is scheduled to run from 1pm to 4pm. A donation toward the bus of $25 is suggested, or whatever you can afford.
