Beneath the Polar Sun captures a six-week expedition of intrepid filmmakers along with a team of researchers as they traverse a northern Canadian waterway, documenting the effects of the warming climate on the Arctic. Join CARI on April 29th for a joint fundraiser with local filmmakers Diana Kushner and Stephen Smith featuring a screening of their dramatic documentary. Following the 57-minute film, the filmmakers will engage in a discussion session with the audience.
