Dave Flynn, a leading local comedian and active member who has curated an exciting and diverse range of comedians. Having sold out twice before we have moved to a bigger venue so we hope you will invite all your close friends and family to make it a massive party. Willow Marler (they/she) is a transgender comedian who spends most of their time offstage as JK Rowling's Sleep Paralysis Demon. They identify as transfem non-binary, which mainly involves feeling like a woman if the toilet queue is shorter. Living with cystic fibrosis, Willow also identifies as disabled, which is handy if both the ladies and gents toilets have equally long queues. Rich Owens is a “comedian” from “Worcester” currently serving a lifetime ban from Cadburys World. Described as a “purveyor of miserablism” (valid), Rich is delighted to be here, although his face mightn’t show it. Jim McAuliffe, a belligerent disabled comic combating your peace with the endless ruminations of his own infuriated mind. Only too happy to use his own pain for your comic delight. Here to support the Greens, all too gladly. Keith Oliver is a veteran campaigner and organiser who was once banned from the whole of Lincolnshire but now leads the quiet life of a bald old man-baby. He's been a regular on the open mic circuit for over a decade with sharp punchy anecdotes and a love of riffing along with an audience. Anthony Williams is a stand-up comedian with a warm stage presence, a sharp comedic eye and a talent for finding laughs in everyday life. A genial, engaging live performer and Green Party member, he is thrilled to be supprting this special night As well as a great comedy line up there will be a bar served by volunteers and of course a raffle and donation opportunity. There will be two intervals so lots of opportunity to socialise. Given the comedy can be close to the edge and we are serving alcohol, it's not suitable for young greens 16 and under. Are you 16 or 17 ? You are very welcome to join us but we must be contacted in advance by a parent or guardian. We are on the top floor of the granary, with access via the side door. You don't need to bring proof of a ticket, just let the door person know your name and those of your party. Ample parking nearby at St Martins Gate, Asda and The Corn Market and being city centre there are plenty of public transport links.
