Double Rooms (shared room with 2 beds) and Single Rooms (private room with 1 bed) are available for participants to reserve (for Double Room reservations, please specify who you would like share the room with at the bottom of this form if you have a preference). Space is limited and must be reserved in advance. Participants reserving COMPLETE LODGING will get precedence over participants choosing single day lodging options if lodging reservations exceed capacity. *Please choose the correct ticket type for your current needs.
