Itamar co-founded Combatants for Peace and has worked with several human rights organisations, including Breaking the Silence and Rabbis for Human Rights. He is also an anthropologist and a human-rights-based tour guide. He currently dedicates his work to solidarity presence with Palestinian communities in Masafer Yatta. During the evening, Itamar will speak about the current situation in Israel, Masafer Yatta and the wider West Bank, as well as the practice of solidarity presence, what it involves and the impact it can have. This conversation will be particularly relevant for those considering solidarity presence in the future, but all are welcome to join and hear more about the current situation in Palestine.
