About the event Visiting Queer Talmud Teachers from the US, R' Xava and Binya, are coming to teach in London with Na'amod UK, about the Torah of Solidarity. What does it mean to live in Diaspora? What are our obligations to ourselves and our neighbours? How can we root our leftist solidarity work in Jewish tradition, and what can our ancestors teach us about building liberated societies with our neighbours? Join us for a Shabbat evening of food, learning and song. We'll be building community, studying text and singing some hits from the Jewish/leftist canon together. Shel Maala has been coming to London/the UK for several years now, always to big crowds and a deep and raucous time for all! You don't want to miss the chance to learn together about this crucial topic for our people today.
