Abortion rights are still under attack: Congress must pass WHPA now!

U.S. Congress

BREAKING: The Supreme Court just struck down Louisiana’s clinic shutdown law, allowing Louisiana’s three remaining clinics to continue to provide abortion care. But with an anti-choice majority on the Supreme Court led by Brett Kavanaugh, our reproductive freedom is constantly under a clear and direct threat.

There is a way to fight back: demand Congress pass federal abortion protections by holding a vote to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA). Passing WHPA will ensure abortion rights and access are protected from all sorts of anti-choice restrictions, from state bans in Alabama and Missouri to clinic closurelaws in Louisiana — and we need it urgently to uphold our fundamental freedoms.
