The United States has staggering income inequality the very rich are getting richer, while the rest of us lag behind. Social Security is under attack and labor unions are shrinking. College students graduate with staggering debt, which is crippling our economy.

But the Scandinavian countries of Norway, Sweden & Denmark prove that another world is possible. In these countries, corporations and the rich pay higher taxes that helps pay for a real social safety net. Health care is a right, and universal education is free.

Sweden is moving towards a six-hour workday because it works for everybody. Not surprisingly, Denmark consistently ranks as having the happiest population in the world.
