Tell Activewear CEOs: Take the BPA Out of Sports Bras, Athletic Shirts, Shorts, and Leggings!

CEOs of Athleta, Champion, Kohl’s, Nike, Patagonia, Sweaty Betty, Fabletics, Adidas, Champion, and Amazon Essentials

New testing by the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) found BPA in 39 brands of leggings, shorts, sports bras, and athletic shirts after testing showed the clothing could expose individuals to up to 40 times the safe limit of the chemical bisphenol A (BPA), according to California law.

BPA is a well-studied chemical, known to cause developmental and reproductive harm and linked to breast cancer, prostate cancer, metabolic disorders, diabetes, and numerous other serious health concerns.

These companies may only be concerned with selling their products, but our goal is to protect people's health.

Add your name to this petition to tell these fashion CEOs to take the BPA out of their products. Together, we can put public pressure on the companies in violation to reformulate their products to remove BPA for the health of us all.
