For decades - through service on Austin City Council, Safe Streets Austin, the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association, Old Austin Neighborhood Association, Congress for the New Urbanism Central Texas Chapter, and more - Chris has championed active transportation and policies to make the city a more bikeable, walkable, and community-oriented place. The fruits of Chris's work can be seen in countless important ways in Austin stretching from decades ago right up to the present day.
