Tell politicians in Raleigh: Don't split our communities

NC General Assembly

North Carolina has a long history of racial and partisan gerrymandering, where communities across the state were split to protect the power of politicians in Raleigh.

We can't let that happen again in 2021.

In the coming weeks, lawmakers at the General Assembly in Raleigh will be drawing new voting districts that will be in place for the next 10 years, impacting everything from our voting rights, funding for schools, transportation and other essential services for our families and communities.

No matter our color, background or what part of North Carolina we call home, we the people should be picking our representatives, not the other way around. Unfortunately, that too often isn't the case.

Add your voice now to demand that the redistricting process this year is fair, transparent and inclusive for all North Carolinians.
