Since our contract settled one month ago, management's rhetoric of “healing” and “turning the page” has quickly changed to violations of the letter and/or intent of agreed upon contract language.

We, the undersigned, call on the UVMMC administration to honor their agreements by :

1. Taking charge nurses out of patient assignments WITHOUT increasing the patient load of the unit’s staff nurses
2. Instituting inpatient/outpatient pay equity for all nurses—stop the exclusion of community health and other nurses
3. Honoring the APRN weekend differential
