June 15, 2022 marked 10 years since immigrant youth won the DACA program.
We fought to win and protect DACA yet a decade later, it still remains at risk under Republican attacks and ongoing legal battles.
Immigrants are tired of living court case after court case! Biden and his administration have had the power for over a year to prioritize the safety of the over 11 million undocumented people in this country. Biden and Congress have the power to take immediate action and we are demanding they deliver for our communities!

President Biden and Democrats in Congress - June 15, 2022 marked 10 years since the DACA program was established. After a decade of temporary relief, DACA recipients need the permanent security and protections to keep their families together and continue to build their lives here in the United States.
Last year, a judge in TX ruled against DACA, blocking immigrant youth from applying for the first time. Now, on July 6, 2022 the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is set to consider this Texas lawsuit challenging the legality of DACA. A negative ruling from the Court could end DACA and would immediately be appealed to the Supreme Court, where it faces an unknown future.
You promised to take action to fight for our communities, but it’s been a whole year under your leadership with DACA still being attacked in the courts, nearly 2 million deportations, and no pathway to citizenship.
You have the power to take immediate action and we are demanding you deliver for our communities!
