Demand ICE Release Edgar Now

ICE

Edgar left his home early morning on Friday, April 5th and was pulled over by a local police for “driving under the speed limit”. Only minutes after Edgar’s arrest, the authorities in Tennessee who are deep-rooted collaboration with immigration, requested that the local jail place a hold on him.

Tennessee local jails are NOT obliged to honor this type of detention. Now, we need your help to demand ICE to release him so Edgar can be with his family.

Right now Edgar’s his daughters are devastated with the simple idea of losing their family. But their family and community are ready to fight for their liberation and to break the silence and fight against these policies that separate families and terrorize our community.

We demand that you release Edgar from his detention now on own recognizance or minimum bond. He deserves to be at home with his daughters not detained in a detention center.
