Trump's failed response to the coronavirus pandemic has killed tens of thousands of people, millions have been infected and the situation is only getting worse.  While Dr. Anthony Fauci has arguably been the most reasonable, rational, and competent member of the White House’s coronavirus task force, that effort is fatally flawed. We call on Dr. Fauci to publicly resign from the Task Force and openly share his full criticism of the Trump/Pence response to the pandemic and support a Peoples Agenda to Confront the Pandemic.

The longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a trusted public health expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci is uniquely positioned to call out the Trump administration and help change the course of federal public policy in response to the pandemic. It is time for Dr. Fauci to stop walking a fine line and speak truth to power.
