We the undersigned WFSE workers demand that management take steps to address and resolve workload, communication, and safety. Caseload level equalization (no more than 100 cases per VRC's), safety at work (enforce no tolerance policy, timely report of safety committee conversations, communication with security guards), and respectful workplace communication (individual vs. group communications). We demand that DVR respond to petition within 10 business days of receipt.
