Endeavor Air Flight Attendants Need Better Pay, Now!

Endeavor Flight Attendants have worked throughout the COVID-19 pandemic while putting their health at risk. Heavy summer flying schedules are putting additional strains on Endeavor Flight Attendants.
Management has recognized the need for pilot retention with pay incentives to stay at Endeavor — good. But now, Endeavor management is adding Flight Attendant responsibilities like pre-departure beverage service without additional compensation. When mainline management unilaterally changed boarding times and adding pre-departure beverage service, mainline Flight Attendants received additional pay.
Management continues to ask more of us without recognizing ($$$) our work. Unacceptable. Planes won't take off without pilots AND they can't take off without Flight Attendants either.
Flight Attendant pay and retention are essential to running a reliable operation at Endeavor.
