Every kid deserves to be safe online. Every day the platforms operated by powerful tech companies are causing immeasurable harm to our children, from bullying and sexual exploitation to eating disorders and depression. It’s time to help us keep our kids safe with real protections in the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA).

KOSA would require social media companies to ensure their platform’s design does not cause or exacerbate serious harms to minors, including compulsive use, suicide, sexual exploitation, eating disorders and mental health harms.
