Erik Payán Ibarra - husband, father, grandfather, and small business owner - was detained on February 24, 2025 and needs to be released immediately.

As their sole provider, he has been supporting his wife, two daughters, and granddaughter. One daughter is wheelchair-bound and seriously ill and his 2 -year-old granddaughter needs tube feeding after having open-heart surgery. Mr. Payán has an immigration court date on Thursday, March 20th and needs urgent support from YOU, the community, in fighting for his freedom.
