It's Time to Improve Early Education!

Governor Wolf

Child Care Providers educate and nurture Pennsylvania’s youth during critical formative years. We applaud the importance that Governor Wolf has placed in early education by advocating Universal Pre-K. We ask that he continue this emphasis on improving early education by making sure everything possible is done to recruit, train, and retain quality home-based providers.

Key to this is to bring an end to the freeze that was put on rates. It’s been several years now and it’s time for a change!
