Keep the Supplementary Vote

The UK Government

We choose our Mayor via a fairer voting system, but this year Priti Patel announced that it was the government's intention to scrap the supplementary vote system.

You get to give your 1st and 2nd preference for Mayor. It’s a better system that gives voter more choice.

The Conservatives are planning to scrap that option, because they think it makes it harder for them to win.
