Dump Jackson Lewis and Bargain a Fair Contract at Middlesex County College #DumpJacksonLewis

President Joann La Perla-Morales and Board of Trustees

Tell President Joann La Perla-Morales and the Board of Trustees to stop spending student tuition and public funds on a firm dedicated to weakening unions and attacking workers.  Jackson Lewis is a notorious union-busting law firm, specializing in union-avoidance representation, consulting and training. They are inconsistent with New Jersey, Middlesex County and higher education values. #DumpJacksonLewis

Paying union busting attorneys instead of negotiating with Middlesex County College faculty is wasting precious public resources and tuition money. This is inconsistent with New Jersey, Middlesex County and higher education values. Please allow the school's contract with Jackson Lewis to expire and bargain a fair contract with faculty.

Respect Middlesex County College students, faculty and staff and Middlesex residents by showing good faith in negotiations, hiring tenure track faculty and providing student services. Work with the campus community to focus on building the best MCC for academics and student success.

The mission of Middlesex County College is to provide access to a quality, affordable education for a diverse population, to support student success for lifelong learning, and to strengthen the economic, social and cultural life of the community.

I am calling on you to dedicate the school's resources towards its mission.
