No Bees No Food

Governor Inslee

In recent years, beekeepers report that they’re losing on average 30% of all honeybee colonies each year. We rely on bees to pollinate 70% of food that most of us eat. This includes almonds, broccoli, coffee, chocolate and much more!

No bees means no food. So we're calling for action to ban bee-killing pesticides called neonics.

This starts with local and state action. So sign our petition to Governor calling for a statewide ban on bee-killing pesticides in Washington.

One of the causes for bee death is a class of pesticides called neonics, which are sprayed on plants and crops and kill bees!

The state of Washington can help alleviate this problem by banning the use of neonics, and setting an example for the rest of the country on how to take care of our pollinators. I urge you to use your power to ban neonics in Washington.
