We, the undersigned employees of the City of Norfolk, keep this city operating and beautiful every day, yet we are not compensated properly. Therefore, we demand the following:

1) Family-Supporting Wages!

   a) Fully Fund the Step Pay Plan to Recognize Years of Service in our Pay!

   b) Raise minimum wage for city employees to $20 per hour, &

   c) 10% Cost-of-Living Increase for all!

2) End the Unfair ERC, Workers Need a Real Voice through Collective Bargaining!

3) 12 Weeks of Paid Parental Leave for employees to take after the birth or adoption of a child.

4) Reinstate sneeze guard clear protective barriers at libraries to protect against airborne infectious diseases.
