Our rights as workers are on the line. Decades of corporate greed have stripped away worker power — fattening the pockets of executives while working people struggle to get by. The majority of Americans agree that workers should be paid fairly for our work, get quality healthcare, have safe working conditions and time off to spend with family — and shouldn’t be punished for speaking up for their rights.

That’s why we — the working people of the United States — are uniting to demand our senators pass the PRO Act immediately.  

The PRO Act would give workers, not large corporations, power over our livelihoods. This bill would help ALL workers regardless of industry by preventing employers from interfering in the process of forming a union and finally holding employers accountable with meaningful penalties for violating workers’ rights.

It’s time for the Senate to stand with the workers who elected them. We demand that our Senators keep their promise to working Americans and pass the PRO Act.
