Instead of working for us, Mayor Eric Adams works for real estate, taking money from the same people who raise our rents, refuse to make repairs, and push families out of our neighborhoods.

While in office, Mayor Adams slashed funding for affordable housing in the New York City budget, while his hand-picked Rent Guidelines Board raised rents for millions of rent stabilized tenants.

Nearly 70% of New Yorkers rent. We need a Mayor who will fight to keep renters in our homes, not line the pockets of billionaire landlords and developers.
