Dear Mayor Jones and the Board of Aldermen,
Citizens' ability to enact necessary and meaningful change through the initiative process is an essential part of our representative democracy. Proposition D was put on the ballot and passed overwhelmingly by the people of St. Louis. Our voices shouldn't be silenced by a small group of motivated politicians.
