The Supreme Court has ruled that the Environmental Protection Agency must protect Americans from carbon pollution under the Clean Air Act. The Clean Power Plan, while far from perfect, addresses these effects. You cannot repeal the CPP, and must instead work to improve the law in ways that enhance and protect public health and the environment from climate change.
