Postmaster Louis DeJoy poses a serious threat to the United States Postal Service.

Not only does he have egregious financial conflicts, but the Trump-era appointee also pioneered policy changes at the agency to slow transportation and delivery of mail just months before the 2020 election. He also adopted policies to reduce mail sorting machines and restrict the ability of workers to make late and extra trips to deliver the mail on time.

His actions not only constituted an abuse of power to pursue his personal and political interests, but they also likely violated federal law.
