Sign the petition: Remove tax exemptions from churches that illegally preach biased politics

Internal Revenue Service

Religious organizations all over America are preaching politics while benefiting from American tax exemptions.

In some cases, politics from the pulpit is permitted. For instance, you can discuss current issues and educate members on voting. However, if a religious organization, online or offline, shows political bias toward one party, one politician or violates political campaign intervention laws, the organization should lose its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, and be subject to annual income income tax as well as an excise tax. These strict IRS rules apply to all nonprofits.

Tell the Internal Revenue Service that it's time to enforce these tax laws.
