Shortly after activist Heather Heyer was murdered for protesting a white supremacist riot in Charlottesville, the neo-Nazi website Daily Stormer posted a horrifying, misogynistic article mocking her death.

The Daily Stormer publishes hate speech that is maliciously untrue and incites violence, and the Internet allows this content to be disseminated widely. No web provider should host its content, nor social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

The Daily Stormer’s website host, GoDaddy, has already banned them. Google has banned them too. It’s time for Facebook and Twitter to step up and reject white supremacist hate on their platforms.
