Donald Trump appointed Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, after Senate Republicans simply refused to give President Obama's nominee a vote for almost a whole year.

Republicans even changed the rules to stop a Democratic filibuster to confirm Gorsuch.

As a Supreme Court justice, Gorsuch isn't even attempting to act like a principled justice who will put the rule of law and country above partisanship.

He gave a keynote speech at Trump's DC hotel, and had dinner right after the government shutdown with top Republican officials to discuss "important issues facing our country."

The Supreme Court will soon hear a challenge to the Trump Administration's rescission of DACA—which will affect hundreds of thousands of immigrant kids facing deportation. It is clear that Neil Gorsuch has no business participating in this case.
