Sign the petition to the National Park Service: Grant students permit for March 24 rally against gun violence

National Park Service

Survivors of the Parkland, Florida shooting are building a historic political movement to stop gun violence. Their next step is a March For Our Lives rally in Washington, D.C. on March 24.

They expect 500,000 attendees, but plans for their march have just been thwarted. The National Park Service denied the students’ rally permit in favor of a student group who requested to film a talent show on the Mall.

This decision is unbelievable. Denying a heavily-funded, massive student-organized march for comprehensive gun reform … for a talent show (that can likely be done on another day, or even in another location)? The National Parks Service needs to fix this. Now.

Sign now if you agree the National Park Service should grant students from Parkland a permit for their March For Our Lives rally against gun violence.

Grant survivors of the Parkland, Florida shooting a permit for their March For Our Lives Rally. Denying the march in favor of a talent show is not okay.
