Walmart CEO Doug McMillon

Walmart treats women unfairly by paying poverty wages, refusing to commit to equal pay, and denying most workers at Walmart paid leave when they start a family. Now they’ve bought ModCloth, a company cherished by women because it celebrates all body types and a woman’s right to be who she wants to be.

Walmart can’t have it both ways. They can’t pretend to support women’s empowerment in ModCloth’s ad campaigns but pay wages that keep women in poverty. And we can hold them accountable by refusing to shop at ModCloth this holiday season and beyond. All Walmart’s CEO cares about is money, so we know what we need to do to get his attention.

Add your name to this coalition petition -- tell Walmart CEO Doug McMillon that we won’t shop at ModCloth until Walmart and all of its brands treat women workers with respect.

Then share your story on social media with the hashtag #ByeModCloth to make sure ModCloth customers know the truth, and McMillon can’t ignore us.

Dear Walmart CEO Doug McMillon,

You can’t hide behind a pro-women brand when women at Walmart don’t get fair pay or adequate leave. So we're not shopping at ModCloth this holiday season. We're saying #ByeModCloth until Walmart treats women with respect!
