Right now, it's happening in Missouri. St. Louis passed a minimum wage increase and the Missouri Supreme Court upheld it, but extreme ALEC legislators are trying to shut it down with a preemption bill.
ALEC is pushing preemption bills because they want to control every level of government. Tell them to leave our cities alone.
