Donald Trump's administration has been flirting with the idea of eliminating or reducing of FICA contributions―Social Security’s dedicated funding stream.

If Trump is successful in eliminating or weakening Social Security’s funding, he will endanger the future of Social Security and the retirement security of millions of Americans.

While a massive outcry from grassroots activists kept this outrageous idea out of Trump's initial tax plan, we must stay vigilant to ensure that it doesn't reemerge during negotiations with Congress.
