SIGNED,

On Aug. 29, 2018 , Doug Ducey’s Supreme Court has just kicked the Invest in Education Act off the ballot in blatant disregard for the countless Arizonans who want a better future for their children. The Invest in Education Act sought to solve a school funding crisis that Doug Ducey has been unable - or unwilling - to fix.
Doug Ducey rigged the system against parents and teachers by packing the Court with radical judges who would do his bidding. That plan paid off today. Our students and educators are left with nothing. Voters have been stripped of the opportunity to approve a sustainable funding plan for our schools.
Ducey failed to act UNTIL 75,000 PEOPLE MARCHED ON THE CAPITOL DURING #REDFORED AND HE STILL FAILED TO MEET on responding to their demands for better classrooms and additional school funding. Educators and voters realized that this crisis was not going to be solved by our corrupt politicians and took matters into their own hands by collecting over 200,000 signatures to refer the Invest in Education Act to the ballot.
