Tell Boeing to Reinstate Unjustly Terminated South Carolina Workers, Negotiate with IAM
Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg
Please sign the petition to urge Boeing Co. leaders to stop anti-union actions in South Carolina and start negotiating a collective bargaining agreement with the 176 Flight Line workers who voted for IAM representation in 2018.
A National Labor Relations Board regional director recently concluded that Boeing violated the National Labor Relations Act when the company unfairly terminated some workers for their support of the IAM.
The IAM in May 2018 won an NLRB election to represent 176 Flight Line workers at the North Charleston, S.C. campus tasked with assembling Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
Boeing is challenging the NLRB election results despite the Regional Director’s ruling that the collective bargaining group of 176 Flight Line workers meets the requirements of an appropriate unit under federal labor law.

We urge you to immediately reinstate the IAM members who were unjustly fired for their support of the union at the Boeing campus in North Charleston, S.C.
Now is also the time for Boeing to acknowledge the results of the National Labor Relations Board’s election in May 2018 and start negotiating an initial labor contract with the 176 Flight Line workers.
This is the time for Boeing to focus on its safety rules, not the harassment of the skilled workers who are critical to the safety of planes produced in North Charleston.
Thank you
