Tell Congress: Pass the Environmental Justice For All Act

Everyone should have the right to clear air, safe drinking water and a healthy environment that enriches their life.
Sadly, thanks to pollution from the fossil fuel industry and other industries, that's not currently the case.
That's why Sen. Cory Booker, Sen. Tammy Duckworth, Rep. Raul Grijalva and Rep. Barbara Lee just reintroduced the A. Donald McEachin Environmental Justice for All Act, which would strengthen and amend federal law to achieve environmental justice, health equity, and climate justice for all underserved communities.
As Rep. Grijalva said at the bill's introduction, this legislation will "help make sure the same destruction that’s been perpetrated against poor communities and communities of color for decades doesn’t happen again."
