Tell Congress: We've got the CFPB's back.

United States Congress

In the wake of the greatest economic crash since the Great Depression, our families fought for the creation of the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Since then, the CFPB has consistently stood up for everyday people and challenged unfair, deceptive and abusive financial practices The Bureau has recovered $11.8 billion families harmed by financial wrongdoers, serving an estimated 29 million people (or one in eleven Americans).

With billionaire Donald Trump in the White House, financial sharks of all stripes are on the prowl. From Wall Street bankers to payday loan sharks, from predatory mortgage lenders to fraud-peddlers like Wells Fargo, these financial predators are urging Trump and the Republicans to gut the CFPB so they can resume their feeding frenzy on our communities.

Sign this pledge (below) and let Congress know that we have the CFPB's back. We'll stand against any and all attempts to defund or disempower the CFPB.
