Tell CEO Erine Gray that you support a fair union election
Erine Gray, CEO of findhelp
Workers at findhelp, an Austin-based tech company dedicated to connecting those in need with social welfare services, are trying to unionize. These tech workers filed for an election with the National Labor Relations Board, and together we’re calling on company leadership to allow workers to make this decision free of managerial intimidation, surveillance, and/or retaliation.

I stand with findhelp workers seeking a fair and timely election process. Workers are forming their union to secure dignity and ease in the workplace through collective bargaining and mutual solidarity. All workers deserve to exercise their labor rights, and the only reason management would delay or disrupt this process is because they are not ready to negotiate with the union in good faith.
The findhelp Solidarity Network union came together because workers are committed to the growth of the company and its mission. Since Summer of 2021, workers have been talking to each other about what they love about findhelp and how they can make it a more inclusive environment where everyone has the resources and support they need to thrive. A supermajority of workers already think a union is the answer. It’s time for an election free from these union-busting tactics.
