Tell State Parliament to properly fund community mental health services in WA.

WA State Legislative Assembly

Community mental health prevention and supports are not meeting the demands of the Western Australian public resulting in an over-representation of people needing hospital based acute mental health care. The State Government’s mental health plan requires funding to increase from $50 million per year to $334 million per year for prevention and community support by 2025. Now we ask the Legislative Assembly: To commit to increased funding into community mental health support and prevention from $50 million to $250 million per year by 2025 in the 2021 State Budget.
