Tell the Atlantic Theater: Make a fair deal for workers!
Atlantic Theater Leadership

The production crew at the Atlantic Theater Company in New York City has been on strike since January 12 because our management refuses to negotiate in good faith. We first unionized a full calendar year ago, and we’re fighting for our first contract.
Last month, our bosses suddenly attempted to impose non-negotiable conditions and threatened to cancel upcoming shows, nearly 100 workers UNANIMOUSLY voted to authorize a strike in response.
As Workers we’ve been clear on our priorities, including industry-standard wages, fair scheduling, and healthcare benefits for all employees. Unfortunately, we’ve now waited almost a month for the Atlantic Theater to provide a counterproposal, and counting…
Elected officials—including Congressman Jerry Nadler, Assemblymember Tony Simone, State Senate Labor Chair Jessica Ramos, and Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine—have already sounded off, calling on the Atlantic Theater to return to good-faith negotiations. Now we need your voice too.
Can you take 20 seconds to sign and share the petition to urge the Atlantic Theater Company to end the delays, drop the union-busting, and negotiate a fair contract? Every signature brings us one step closer to a deal!
In solidarity,
The IATSE Atlantic Theater Negotiating Committee

As members of the theatrical community, we call on Atlantic Theater management to return to the table, end all union-busting, negotiate in good faith, and reach an agreement with workers as soon as possible.
