We the undersigned request that the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court investigate individuals responsible for crimes against humanity including delaying action to avert human-created climate disruption. We urge you to review our recommendations and charges against top alleged 2024 North American climate criminals who have used their power, position, and wealth to fund climate denial, sow doubt with sham science, actively block clean energy alternatives, and delay meaningful action on climate policies and practices to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
