Land zoning is a permanent, vested right. The owner of 2660 Pfingsten, at the southwest corner of Willow and Pfingsten, is applying for permanent rights for commercial development on the property.
Glenview Rezoning Standards include the requirement of community need for rezoning and they can deny rezoning if there is no community need.
Please sign this petition to let the Village know that we do not want, and do not need, commercial zoning on the southwest corner of Willow and Pfingsten. We do not want the traffic, accidents, and pedestrian/bicycle risks at this already dangerous intersection.
