Urge Congress to Reject Republicans’ “Big Lie Bill”
It’s no secret that Kevin McCarthy and his right-wing GOP have been trying to push through extremist legislation aimed at prioritizing profit and benefiting corporations over working people.
Their most recent attempt comes this week as “the most conservative election integrity bill to be seriously considered” in the U.S. House of Representatives in decades was introduced in the House. The American Confidence in Elections Act (ACE) aka the “Big Lie Bill” would increase the influence of billionaires, corporations, and secret money in our elections while putting up barriers for eligible voters to vote.
It does not get any more anti-voter than this. Many Americans have lost confidence in our elections and political process. A bill like this would only make matters worse, rather than safeguarding Americans of election integrity.
