Demand Wells Fargo Stop Delaying
Begin Contract Negotiations NOW for Conduct Management Intake Department!
On March 11, the NLRB issued an Order denying Wells Fargo's request to review the certification of the union election results for the Conduct Management Intake Department. To date, Charlie Scharf and Wells Fargo management have refused to recognize the results of a fair union election conducted by the National Labor Relations Board.
On November 1, a majority of workers in the department voted yes even after Wells Fargo unsuccessfully tried to scare and intimidate workers by laying off 11 people in the department just days before voting began. On December 2, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) certified the union election results, but Wells Fargo still refused to accept the results and asked the full NLRB to review the certification, arguing that somehow it wasn't fair, even though Wells Fargo offered absolutely no evidence. That's why the NLRB rejected their request. Let's come together to tell management that they must stop delaying NOW and respect the rights of its workers to freely form a union .
Please sign our petition demanding that Wells Fargo respect its workers' rights and start union contract negotiations now!

We demand that you stop your unlawful delay tactics and live up to your legal obligation and start contract negotiations with the Conduct Management Intake Department who voted in favor of joining Wells Fargo Workers United affiliated with the Communications Workers of America over three months ago!
On November 1, at the vote tally conducted by the NLRB - the federal goverment agency which enforces labor rights - there were 21 votes in favor of joining the union and 16 votes against. A clear majority have expressed their free will, in spite of union-busting intimidation tactics carried out by managers who were trained to try and dissuade workers from exercising their rights. It didn't work! The NLRB certified the results on December 2 after all parties agreed to not count the challenged ballots of the laid off workers. And now on March 11, the NLRB has issued an Order, DENYING your latest delay tactic, asking for a review of the union election certification. Enough is enough!
But you still refuse to bargain with the workers. These delay tactics are all the more aggregious given the group of brave workers who have united to make positive changes at Wells Fargo. The Investigators in this department act as gatekeepers for the bank's review of customer and employee complaints — an important role given Wells Fargo's ongoing high degree of regulatory scrutiny in the wake of various scandals.
Stop the delay tactics NOW and respect Wells Fargo workers vote in favor of forming a union.
