Wolf and Cuccinelli: Resign from office
Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli
A former nurse at ICE’s Irwin County Detention Center is alleging that ICE surgically removed an “inordinate” number of women’s wombs against their will.
This is part of a long pattern of intentional abuses against people of color that ICE and CBP have gotten away with for years. Chad Wolf and Ken Cuccinelli must resign for allowing these abuses to occur under their watch.
On Friday, August 14, the Government Accountability Office said that Chad Wolf, the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security, and Ken Cuccinelli, who has been running U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, were unlawfully serving in those roles.

On Friday, August 14, the Government Accountability Office found that Chad Wolf, Acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary, and Ken Cuccinelli, former Acting Director of USCIS, were serving in those roles unlawfully and therefore have no lawful right to exercise the authority of their offices.
We, the undersigned, demand that Wolf and Cuccinelli resign immediately. They never had the legal authority to hold their jobs, and it is a flagrant violation of the rule of law for them to exercise power in their positions.
Additionally, the latest revelation of ICE detainees receiving hysterectomies without their consent is absolutely disqualifying. Wolf and Cuccinelli must go.
