Dr. Rohrbaugh’s close work with lobbyists should disqualify him from participating in the government’s decision on the Xtandi march-in petition. Dr. Rohrbaugh is clearly incapable of making an unbiased decision on the merits of the Xtandi case, so he should step aside from it.
