Join us for an in-depth look at the governor's 2017-18 budget proposal and an assessment of how sweeping changes to the federal safety net could impact the people  and economy of Pennsylvania. The Summit will also feature opportunities to hear from experts about current issues impacting budget negotiations and intersecting with state fiscal issues.
